Who we are
We are a family run deli based in the lovely Ashley Cross near Poole in Dorset. We are passionate about good food and sell a fantasic range of local, seasonal and organic goodies.
The shop is stacked full of cheese, bread, olives, chutneys, pickles, cakes, baby products and a whole lot more.

We are green by name and green by nature. Any food waste that we produce goes straight into the compost bin (compost for sale later in the year!) and we only use eco friendly packaging and cleaning products. There's not a nasty plastic bag in sight!
Louise Regan and Jane Longshaw opened The Green in December 2009 and have been growing ever since. With the help and feedback from our supporters we hope to keep getting better and better! Please do let us know if you know of any goodies that we simply have to try.
